I had the pleasure of performing at the Girls Who Code 5th anniversary celebration last week in NYC.
When I was 12 I would go to my cousin's house coz she had a computer and learned everything I could about graphic design, the internet and HTML and by 13 when my parents could finally afford our own computer, I built my very first website.
Knowledge in tech is very empowering, I feel like learning skills in computer science has helped me creative direct my own career today. I am happy to be a part of something I truly believe in thank you #girlswhocode for giving these girls an opportunity to pave a better future in the tech field.
